A popular song from a Hindi movie but it actually conveys the true spirit, when we shifted here 5 years ago. I was the most happiest doing up the house, decorating it and I think I pretty succeeded in converting the house into a home. And time just flew by..

I made great friends here, enjoyed beautiful moments when my son was born and now its kind of unsettling, to leave our home-sweet home and move to Bangalore.
Though I know its a matter of time before I feel at home again.

Presenting a talented artist Smitha. She is my sister's friend and also my blog  follower.
She is a calligraphy artist and Smitha has presented this wonderful token to my sis.
It salutes motherhood to say the least.Not only the words but also the representation of the women with the foetus in her womb is truly appreciable.
Another amazing thing about the picture is that  the word 'amma' is written in Malayalam language within the womb of the mother .

Incidently watched the first episode of SATYAMEV JAYATE WITH Aamir Khan on Starplus today.
Women and Mothers in particular are God's gift to mankind.

Love and Respect them. World will be a lonely place without them.
